QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pre-tax income (combined for all tenants) over $9,000/month
- Equifax FICO credit score at least 650
- No Bankruptcies that have not been discharged
- No more than 2 lates in past year on rent, utilities, cars, credit cards
- Must have an active bank account where your income is deposited
- Minimum of one year of positive rental or ownership history
- Rental history must be from a paid rental, not a family member, or student housing.
- No unpaid balance-due to previous landlord or mortgage company
- No prior evictions or foreclosures, and no multiple eviction filings in the past 5 years
- No felony, violent crime, sex-offense, or fraud convictions or outstanding charges in the past 5 years
